How this site actually handles contact information — what we do, and what we do not claim to do. We reply by email — no chat, tickets, or phone.
Information we may receive
- What you enter in the partnership form and send via your mail client (for example name, company, email, inquiry type, and message) — we use it to reply by email.
- Email you send directly to sales@nexial.com.tw, including body and attachments, handled in our inbox.
What this site does not do today
- We do not store partnership-form content on our servers; submit opens your device’s mail client.
- We do not use marketing tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.
- We do not route the site form through an external CRM, form host, or marketing automation tool.
Retention (plain terms)
After a mailto send, the message lives in ordinary business email and correspondence so we can reply by email and continue the conversation. This site does not keep a separate “form database.” If you want contact details from a prior email corrected or removed, write to us and we will handle it against the mail we actually have.
